Expressing gratitude brings a sense of fulfilment to our lives. And prepares us to receive more blessings from God.

With the overuse of Social Media where there is so much exposure to the outside world.and other people’s lives. We compare our life with others. The perfect image that other people are projecting and feel bad about our lives.

We start to focus more on what’s not working out for us and how our life is the worst. And things that are not working out for you. It causes us misery leading to various mental health issues.

By being in Gratitude mode it will shift your focus back to what is working out for you rather than things that aren’t.
